About Me

IMG_2422
I am a mommy, wife, & follower of Christ. I have a passion for home decor and refinishing furniture. I just love the thrill of making something beautiful with my own hands. May the Lord be glorified in all things and let it be known that the gifts, talents, and graces all come from Him and nothing of myself. I am but a servant of the Lord.

Lots of love,
Mary

Luv your site! I am so glad to find another friend on the internet who freely expresse’s their love for God. I have a real problem with my cabinets in the kitchen they are 8 years old and have lost thier stain and finish. Could you direct me to where you explained how you painted your cabinets?

Hey Mary! I love your site and passion for Christ! Your projects are so fun to read and I was wanting to recreate the chevron plywood boards you had in your living room. My question is how did you create a stencil for your chevron stripes? Could you tell me the width and length of the stripes? I am a little artistically challenged but would really love to be able to do this project by myself! Thank you for any advice you can give!

Hi Elizabeth! Thank you oh so very much and so so sorry for taking so long to respond. I used one of those large right angle metal rulers that can be found at your local hardware store and basically traced each v-shape with a pencil first to outline where the paint would go. It’s also helpful to use a leveler. Each line is 12″ long. Hope this helps!
